Prices & Options
Policy:
The goal is that every customer is delighted with their Azaret guitar which is why a money back guarantee is offered, minus the deposit. A $500 deposit is requested to secure a commission. Typical interval is one year, and is discussed at time of commission. At completion of the instrument, full payment is requested. The customer then has a period of two weeks to make sure that the instrument is suitable. At the end of this two week period, a customer may return the instrument for a full refund minus the deposit. If the design of the guitar is significantly beyond the normal neck dimensions or aesthetics popular to players, a larger deposit may be requested to cover the possible future difficulties of selling a very individualized instrument.
Shipment and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and a state tax of 6.25% applies to Massachusetts residents.
